Pursuant to art. 12 EU Reg., requiring to supply to the data subject information
regarding the processing of data in a form that must be
(1) concise, (2) transparent, (3) intelligible, (4) easily accessible,

please note that the personal data submitted to our structure are stored and then used with electronic tools for all contractual obligations and sending of both contractual and non-contractual periodic notices, such as for marketing purposes, both with traditional tools such as paper mail and/or telephone communication with operator assistance, and through automated communication tools without operator assistance, e-mail, SMS [= Short Message Service] or other electronic means, sending birthday wishes and/or other wishes on the occasion of holidays and/or celebrations. Processing does NOT imply the activation of an automated decision-making process. The processing time is precautionally extended to 5 years from the end of the period of recurrent use, so as to allow for notification of important notices regarding the existing relationships. In particular, it is specified that security measures have been taken to deal with the risks of destruction, loss, modification, access, unauthorised disclosure through authentication systems, authorisation systems, encryption/antivirus/firewall/intrusion prevention systems, encoded logistics and access procedures; the effectiveness of all the measures adopted is assessed on a regular basis. It is also specified that the data subject has the right to contact the Data Protection Authority to submit claims regarding the processing of data concerning the data subject. Personal data submission by the data subject is not mandatory; should the data subject fail to submit his/her personal data, he or she may be contacted by Centro Traduzioni Imolese s.n.c. exclusively for the purposes of the existing contractual relationship and/or in relation to any legal obligation. The data subject may at any time request from the data controller the copying, amendment, supplementing or deletion of data subject data at the following address:
